It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Anita Dixon on taking out the prestigious Broker Employee Award with Westcourt General Insurance Brokers.
Very often we forget the effort and contribution of staff. Our licensee elected to expand the awards this year to recognise the talents shown by Brokerage Staff Members. Her committment to our business is one of the reasons we continue to experience business success.
Anita displays a tenacious attitude to having internal tasks completed correctly along with a gracious and professional approach to servicing our clients for renewals, endorsement and claims.
Extract of her comments after the win:
What’s your reaction to being named the Authorised Broker Staff Member of the Year in 2015?
I was very surprised of even being nominated, let alone being named AB Staff Member of the year. Once I had time to think the reaction is WOW.
What does being part of the Westcourt Authorised Broker Network mean to you?
Being a part of Westcourt is a sense of belonging. Ken and I became part of Westcourt almost 3 years ago and feel very satisfied with our decision.
What do you believe you have done to earn the Westcourt Excellence Award for 2015?
I am not sure what I have done to earn this award, but I know I try and be proficient in all areas of my job, even though I wear a lot of caps in my role!
Are there any highlights of which you’re particularly proud?
I am particularly proud of our relationships we have with our clients and the trust they have in us. I am a support to Ken and his dedication to his clients.
